Pelican

Model: FP-7

Ukrainian weapon first publicly confirmed as used during the large long-range strike against Russia on 20 September 2026. Ukrainian reporting has associated Pelican with Fire Point's FP-7 ground-launched tactical ballistic missile. Published FP-7 specifications give approximately 200 km range, a warhead up to 150 kg and maximum projectile speed around 1,500 m/s. The precise identification of Pelican with FP-7 has not yet been independently established, with some reports instead describing Pelican as an aircraft-type UAV. This record models Pelican as FP-7 pending firmer technical identification. Mass, area and blast radius are simulation parameters.
